Nordkyst Webshop
A WooCommerce rebuild for a catalogue that had outgrown its theme. Rebuilt the product data model, cut the plugin count from 38 to 11, and moved the whole front end onto custom blocks so the team can build campaign pages themselves.
Havnen Group
An inherited site that took six seconds to paint. Found the real culprits — an uncached taxonomy query and 4MB of unsized hero images — instead of installing another caching plugin on top of the two already fighting each other.
Lundgaard Franchise
One multisite, sixteen locations, one design system. Each shop edits its own pages inside a block theme that will not let them break the brand. Central updates ship to every site at once.
Klinik Booking
A booking flow built as custom Gutenberg blocks rather than a plugin, so it looks like the rest of the site and the clinic can drop it onto any page. Talks to their existing calendar over a small REST bridge.
Vestbyg Migration
Three hundred pages off a page builder and onto native blocks, with every URL preserved and every redirect mapped. The editors kept working in the old site right up to the switch.
